We offer three affordable compensation plans that you can choose from depending on the type of service we perform for you. The contingency fee plan, the hourly rate plan and the combination plan.
Under our Contingency Fee Plan you compensate us based on the workers compensation refunds or credits our efforts generate. We share equally in the refund we get back for you and earn a percentage of the workers compensation refund or credit. You pay us after you get your refund or credit back from the insurance company. Some of our services, because of their design, are not available on this plan. Be sure to check with our office for details. With the contingency fee plan, No refund equals no fee!
On the Hourly Rate Plan you simply compensate us on an hourly basis and pay us for the work we do for you and your business. We also assign a cap or maximum amount you will pay us for the services we provide under the hourly rate plan. It's always nice knowing up front how much something costs! You'll find that some of our specific services, like the safety review, experience mod review and expert witness and litigation support, are available only on the hourly rate plan.
The Combination Plan, our most popular plan, uses a reduced hourly rate and a reduced share percentage of any return premium or credit we secure for you. On the combination plan we also assign a cap or maximum amount for the services we provide. This plan is attractive to many because it offers significantly reduced rates and sets a maximum you'll pay for our services!
There is never a risk to your business only a chance to recover workers compensation overcharges.
