We review your Workers Compensation Audits, Workers Compensation E-mod and Workers Compensation Policy for Errors and Mistakes and return Premium Overcharges to You

Here's what we need to do our job for you:

Copies of your audit billing statements and all audit worksheets. (At least the last 5 years if available)
Copies of your workers compensation policy declaration pages for the current and all past years that correspond with the audit periods in question.
NCCI experience modification worksheets for the current and each of the past 5 years.
Current valued loss runs from your current and past 5 years insurance carriers.
A detailed description of your business operations with a copy of any job descriptions you may have.
Payroll runs for the current and past 5 years period corresponding to the policy and audit periods.

We will make this review as simple for you as possible. As you see we would like to have the above information for your current and past 5 years. Keep in mind the more information you can supply the more successful we are in discovering errors. We will however work with whatever information you can supply. All documents may be faxed or emailed.
