Formed by Randy Sieberg, CIC, ARM, CRM, Workers Compensation Consultants is an independent consulting firm dedicated to discovering and returning workers compensation premium overcharges to employers by the review of insurance audits, job classifications, payroll class assignments, experience modification factors (emods), and credit applications.

Randy has over 25 years of experience in risk management and property and casualty insurance. His expertise encompasses all areas of property and casualty risk management including risk analysis, program design and implementation.

He began his insurance career as a business insurance benefit specialist. In 1983 he began work with a mid-west regional insurance carrier as a property and casualty agent specializing in commercial insurance products. In 1991 Randy and his business partner formed and managed an independent insurance agency specializing in business insurance products and risk management services.

Randy has received the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation, the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation and is a Certified Risk Manager (CRM). He completes annual advanced coverage seminars including Principals of Risk Management, Risk Finance, Risk Analysis and Risk Control. Randy firmly believes business insurance consumers are best served by consultants, insurance company and agency representatives who acquire, maintain and demonstrate a high level of professional excellence through continuing education.

Randy developed and presents the "Workers Compensation Cost Control Program." This program is designed to educate employers, in a limited class environment, the inner workings of their workers compensation coverage with emphasis on the cost control approach.
