Step 2 - Go to the "What We Need From You" section of our web site and check out the items we need or print the list of items needed by clicking here. Begin gathering all the information you can.
Step 3 - Once the Service Agreement is received we'll contact you and guide you in the information gathering phase.
Step 4 - We'll begin reviewing all information. We'll keep you in the loop every step of the way. Once errors are identified we'll notify you of the anticipated effect they may have on your workers compensation premium calculations and begin the process of contacting all parties involved in persuit of your refund.
Step 5 - Once your refund or credit from the insurance company is received, you pay us.
