As menitoned before for other states each site operates just a little different from the others. To access any of the above state verification sites just click on a link. You’ll then be taken directly to that states website where you can search and verify workers compensation coverage for any employer in their state.




Rhode Island: – Follow the link we’ve provide above when you need to verify a Rhode Island employer. You will be taken to the Rhode Island Department of Labor and Training website where you can verify coverage. Once there just follow their instructions for employer data entry. For questions about their verification service be sure to make direct contact with the Department of Labor and Training. You’ll find contact information on their website.




South Carolina: – To verify a South Carolina employers workers compensation coverage use the link we’ve provided above. This link will take you to the South Carolina Workers Compensation Commission website. Once there, look on the menu bar just below their logo for the section titled “Verify Coverage.” Click that link and you will be taken to the employer data entry page. Follow instructions along the way. If you have a problem with their system just contact the Commission by contact information found on their website.




South Dakota: – Verify South Dakota employers workers compensation coverage by using our link provided above. This link will take you to the Department of Labor and Regulation for South Dakota. When you are on their webpage look down the list on the left hand side of their page until you come to Coverage Verification Service link. Click on that link and you will be taken to the employer data entry page. This page is provided by a service that South Dakota subscribes. If you have a problem along the way be sure to contact the Department of Labor and Regulation for help. Their contact information can be found on their website.
